1Introduction
Furseer is a service that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized digital reports based on the user's birth date, MBTI, tarot cards, and other personal information. This service is provided for entertainment and personal growth purposes and does not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
2Eligibility
This service is available to individuals aged 14 and over. Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian. Users must provide accurate information upon account registration and are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
3Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are processed through the Creem payment system. One-time report products (Cosmic Dossier, Synergy Analysis, Oracle's Glimpse) are non-refundable once payment is completed, as AI content generation begins immediately. Subscriptions (Daily Oracle) may be cancelled at any time, but the current billing period's fee is non-refundable. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
4Intellectual Property
All report content, graphics, software, and trademarks generated by Furseer are the exclusive property of Furseer. Generated reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only; unauthorized distribution, sale, or re-publication is prohibited.
5Limitation of Liability
Furseer makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated reports. Furseer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the service or its content.
6Changes to Terms
Furseer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-service notices. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7Prohibition of NSFW Content
Users are strictly prohibited from generating or attempting to generate any sexually explicit, suggestive, or NSFW content through our AI services. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
