Due to the nature of digital goods and services, once an AI report has been generated and delivered, it is generally non-refundable. The service is considered consumed at the point of report generation.

2. Exceptional Cases

  • Technical errors where the report failed to generate despite payment.
  • Duplicate charges for the same service.
  • Significant discrepancy between the purchased package and delivered content.
