Refund & Cancellation Policy

1Nature of Service & General Principles

Furseer is a service that immediately generates and delivers personalized digital content (reports) using artificial intelligence. Upon completion of payment, the AI computation process begins, and the service is deemed to have commenced from this point.

This refund policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws governing digital content services, under which the right of withdrawal may be limited once the provision of digital content has commenced with the consumer's prior consent.

2One-Time Report Products — Non-Refundable Policy

For the above one-time report products, AI computation begins immediately upon payment completion, generating unique digital content based on your personal data (birth date, MBTI, tarot cards, etc.). As this constitutes a personalized service consumed instantly and exclusively for you, cancellations and refunds due to a change of mind or personal reasons are not available once service provision has commenced.

3Subscription Product (Daily Oracle) — Cancellation & Refund Policy

Daily Oracle

Monthly Subscription Service

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation must be completed before the start of the next billing cycle to take effect.
  • Upon cancellation, the subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service through the end of the period for which you have already paid.
  • As a digital content service, Daily Oracle does not offer cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind once the report generation process has begun.

4Exceptional Refund Grounds

Refunds may be considered only when the following circumstances are clearly substantiated:

  • Payment was completed, but the report failed to generate due to a technical error on our end.
  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same service.
  • There is a material discrepancy between the purchased product and the delivered content.
